J.GIO Bootcamp runs all year round. It is for girls of all ages and athleticism and geared towards all sports. Improve your strength, endurance, and speed in a fun and non stressful environment.
Bootcamp is a way to destress, break a good sweat, learn team building and become stronger and more confident. With positive reinforcement bootcamp consists of speed and agility drills, as well as strength, balance and coordination training. We use equipment such as box jumps, ladder, ropes, medicine balls and more!
