WORKING OUT HAS NEVER BEEN SO FUN!

J.GIO Bootcamp runs every Spring and Summer. It is for girls of all ages and athleticism and geared towards all sports. Improve your strength, endurance, and speed in a fun and non stressful environment.

Bootcamp is a way to destress, break a good sweat, learn team building and become stronger and more confident. With positive reinforcement bootcamp consists of speed and agility drills, as well as strength, balance and coordination training. We use equipment such as box jumps, ladder, ropes, medicine balls, weights and more !

The last day of Bootcamp always ends with the Bootcamp Olympics! The girls really look forward to it each season. It is a reward for all their hard work. Games, Awards and Prizes.
