This program is designed for girls who want to build muscle, increase speed, improve strength and become more confident athletes. Whether you're on the field or off, getting in the gym is essential—not just for athletes, but for everyone.  Our goal is to help you level up your athletic ability by making strength training a key part of your routine. Progress doesn't only happen with a ball at your feet—it happens in the gym too.  Join us and become a stronger, faster, and more powerful version of yourself.

Nicole is one of our new strength and conditioning coaches—and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on board. With years of experience in personal, group, and team training, Nicole brings incredible passion and dedication to everything she does. She genuinely cares about the people she works. Nicole has certifications in nutrition, sports specific training and personal training through NASM. We’re confident she’s the perfect fit to help our athletes!
